Pack Rush ("the game") is made by Thiollywood. We collect as little as possible and never sell data. The game never forces an ad on you: a video plays only when you choose to watch one for a reward.
What we collect
- An anonymous player account created on first launch: a random identifier and a device secret. No sign-up, no name, no e-mail.
- Game data: your progress, levels, the moves you made in each level (to check results and stop cheating), your company (buildings, trucks, crew, coins, gems), and the partners you added with a code.
- Your company name, made of words picked from our lists (never free text), shown to your partners.
- Purchases: the store's transaction identifier, checked with Apple or Google so we can deliver what you bought. We never see your payment details.
- Optional "Save your progress": if you link Sign in with Apple or Google, we store only the account's identifier at that provider (no name, no e-mail, no contacts).
- Notifications: if you allow them, a push token for your device.
- Anonymous statistics and crash reports: how the game is played (levels started and finished, screens, time played), the device model, OS version, country from your settings, with a random identifier. They help us balance and fix the game. You can turn them off in Settings › Anonymous stats.
Optional reward videos (Google AdMob)
Some buttons marked ▶ let you watch a short video for a reward (more time, double coins, a coffee, a faster construction, a free crate). Nothing is ever shown unless you tap one. These videos come from Google AdMob, which may collect your device's advertising identifier, IP address (approximate location), device and app information and how you interact with the ad, to show the ad, measure it, prevent fraud and, if you agree, personalise ads. In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, Google's consent form asks for your choice before any ad is requested; you can change it at any time in Settings › Privacy choices. On iPhone, ads are personalised across apps only if you allow it in Apple's tracking prompt. We send Google your random player identifier only so it can confirm to our server that a video was watched. Google's policy: How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services.
What we do not collect
No precise location, no contacts, no photos, no microphone, no browsing history.
Where it is stored
Game servers: Cloudflare (Workers) and Neon (PostgreSQL, United States). Anonymous statistics: Thiollywood's own analytics, hosted on Google Cloud (European Union). Data travels encrypted (HTTPS).
How long
As long as your account exists. Weekly Big Move scores are deleted after five weeks. Purchase records are kept for accounting, without your player identity once your account is deleted.
Your rights
You can delete your account and all its data at any time in the game (Settings › Delete my account) or on this page. You can ask us for a copy or a correction at felix@thiollywood.com, giving your Player ID (Settings).
Children
The game is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their personal data.
