By playing Pack Rush you agree to these terms. If you don't, please don't use the game.
The game
Pack Rush is free to play. Some items can be bought with real money (gems, bundles, the Pack Pass, the Rush Club subscription). Coins, gems, stars, boosters and items have no value outside the game, can't be exchanged for money and are not property: you get a licence to use them in the game.
Purchases and subscriptions
Purchases are handled by Apple or Google under their terms; refunds go through them. Rush Club renews automatically at the end of each period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before, in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings. A free trial, when offered, is for new members only; if you don't cancel during the trial, the subscription starts and is charged.
Fair play
Don't cheat, modify the game, use bots or exploit bugs. The server checks every level; we may reset progress or suspend accounts that cheat.
Availability
We work hard to keep the game running but can't promise it will always be available or error-free. We may change or end features, levels or offers.
Liability
The game is provided "as is". To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect damages. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law.
